Hotel was great- we were across the road in Captains Quarters-in a beautiful historic house (split into 4 ) with its own outdoor hot tub (which was hot!!). I was apprehensive as all reviews stated breakfast was really bad. We have kids & we can’t afford additional payouts for more food. B/fast was great!! Separate cereal tubs, fresh melon & pineapple, fresh baked muffins, toast, cinnamon bread, hot bacon & sausage patties, hot scrambled eggs, hot pancakes,Florida orange juice, coffee & range of teas. What more could you want?!! Pool was fab, really warm & another hot tub (very hot & the size of a pool! ) next to it. There are only 4 parking spaces so once you arrive- don’t move your car!! A block or so from Duval-10 mins to Mallory Square for sunset. Lovely historic street and fairly quiet- but it is on the ‘conch train’ route. I believe place next door has some historic significance to them! A thought for parking (which is so difficult in the historic keg west) - there is a free downtown bus which constantly does the Duval area loop. If you leave your car at the park & ride - you can use this bus your whole holiday no extra fee.

One of the few places that included breakfast. The location was ideal! not directly on Duval, just two blocks off. Very easily walkable and kept the area quiet. The room was nice, and recent upgrades had been made. AC was loud in the bedroom, but the weather was so nice we turned it off and used only a fan most nights. We were visiting for a wedding and nearly our entire friend group ended up staying at the Ambrosia! Everyone was super happy and we all agreed we would book there again if we went back.

Great location just a few streets from Duval and between the marina and Hemingway House. We stayed in the Treetop suite which was in the annex across the street from the main B&B. It was very quiet and the small pool was basically a private pool since we were the only guests in the building. Appreciated the cold, filtered water stations throughout the property. The breakfast offered included hot options like eggs or pancakes and was better than most of what we’ve experienced in Key West.

This was a jewel of a hotel set almost in the centre of Key West, and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The rooms in our apartment were quite large. Cooking facilities were limited, but we ate out most of the time. With a pool just outside our apartment, it was easy to change and get in and out of the pool. The breakfasts were extremely good, and replenished regularly, with plenty of tables around the pool where you can eat.

We stayed here last-minute, due to our flight getting cancelled. This is an amazing deal, especially for the location! The place is very quiet, has a heated pool, and includes free breakfast. Bikes are available for rent and they let us hang out in the pool area while we waited for our flight later that day. Staff is incredibly nice and they gave us a Xmas ornament upon check-in.
